SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with the in-stock product that you purchased from Pins by Frank, then you may return your order for a full refund (less Shipping& Handling) within 30 days of receipt. This applies to all regularly priced merchandise and does not apply to close-outs, special order or custom made pins or products. If you need to return merchandise, please contact Marie Bouchard at Marie@pinsbyfrank.com or by calling 401-943-8925. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
The following information is needed in order to process a return: your invoice number, your name and address, the item description & quantity, as well as the reason for the return.
CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS-SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
The details of your order will be discussed before we actually make the pins. Our custom made pin process allows for our clients to be involved by providing a picture or detailed description of the desired pins and approving the artwork before the pins are cast.
If the custom made products you receive do not meet your expectations contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If it is determined that there were errors in manufacturing or the product differs from what was approved, then we will replace or refund all flawed or defective merchandise. Pins by Frank will not refund or replace merchandise unless it is all returned.
*Note for all Orders: Pins by Frank cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control such as delays due to acts of war, weather, or other natural causes. In addition, Pins by Frank is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by 3rd party carriers such as UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS or for International orders delayed by Customs.
