The university I work for wanted to introduce the Pineapple Pin for students in the Hospitality programs and I was tasked with finding a supplier to order the pins from. After doing some research online I stumbled on Pins by Frank’s website and I immediately sent an email to them to inquire about ordering the pins. Marie emailed me immediately and from there we were in constant contact. Marie was able to keep me updated from start to finish. We are using this pineapple pin to give to guests in our resort as they check-in. We have a program “guest of the day” and a guest is selected by our team at the Front Desk from the many arrivals for that day. They not only receive the pin, but also an upgrade to a higher class guest room, and an amenity delivered to their guest room. The pineapple will help to identify this guest by our staff as they interact with various departments during their stay.
The pineapple is pinned to a card signed by the team members and it includes the story of the pineapple as a sign of hospitality. We had had the card in place for a while, but the pineapple assures the guest is recognized more than just upon arrival to our resort.
Thanks to your product we are able to improve our “guest of the day” program. Also, thank you for your painted pineapple gift and the story. Will find a very prominent place for it to assist as a reminder to our team members.

I use them for marketing luncheons. There are about 25 residents that sit at tables and share their experiences with potential residents and then open their apartments to show. I gave them the pins to put on their badge to highlight them as “Resident Ambassadors” throughout the community.
